Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You...
Bachelor's degree required; Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science degree highly preferred
A minimum of 10 years of sales and marketing experience with a proven track record of sales success and business growth required
Experience with global exposure to the refining, chemical or petrochemical industry and managing customer relationships highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate contracts required
Strong communication and writing skills
Prior experience successfully leading a sales team, applying sound leadership and strategic thinking skills
Ability to develop technical and financial understanding of refinery and petrochemical operations.
Critical thinking and decision-making, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work successfully in a team.
Ability to work across business with various functions including marketing, supply chain, operations, R&D, and people of diverse cultures/backgrounds.
