We are looking for a Supply Chain Process Improvement Specialist in the role of Supply Chain Analyst for the Consumer Products team in Atlanta, GA. This role will be responsible for leading the development of process mapping documentation and training materials that will promote collaboration and enable continuous process improvements. This role will also focus on implementing best practices within supply chain processes, including S&OP, master production scheduling, deployment planning, and demand planning, that will eliminate waste and deliver business objectives.
A Day In The Life Typically Includes: * Document process flows, develop and maintain training materials, and conduct training sessions * Identify process improvement opportunities as viewed through industry best practices, and lead the planning teams to implement solutions to close gaps * Responsible for driving execution of best practice processes related to S&OP and supply chain planning processes including master production scheduling and deployment planning * Develop and manage metrics that drive continuous improvement and eliminate waste * Work with IT and supply chain analytics team to recommend, develop, and implement new tools and reports * Facilitate knowledge sharing of supply chain best practices to foster culture of continuous learning * Collaborate with cross functional teams on key projects and initiatives as subject matter expert * Challenge the status quo, influence others to drive change, and create value by eliminating waste throughout the supply chain
What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field * Demonstrated experience in process improvements or change management * Experience with Microsoft Office® Suite including Excel and PowerPoint * Ability to understand data and identify opportunities for improvement
What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualifications: * At least 3 years of Supply Chain Planning or Sales and Operations Planning experience * Understanding and knowledge of supply chain planning systems such as JDA or SAP APO/IBP * Experience implementing value stream mapping * Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio or other project management applications * Previous experience working in a Consumer Products business
