Mission Support Alliance, LLC (MSA) is a prime contractor to the Department of Energy (DOE) located in Southeast Washington is currently recruiting for an entry-level and a senior level Contract Administrator to join the Supply Chain Management team! These positions will support the MSA Acquisition Management organization in a Subcontract Administrator role. Develop contract document requirements with end users and support the contract administration function from request for proposal (RFP) development through closeout. This will include development of process documentation, analysis of claims or proposals as well as negotiations, as required. Development of the final contract/subcontract definitization documentation will be a major component of the work. After award, monitor and administer the contract through closeout. Compliance with the approved procurement system and associated procedures as well as best practices is a requirement.

BA/BS degree with at least 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Asset Suite or similar procurement systems and with procurement policies and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer and systems skills.
Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations.
Experience with Hanford contracting requirements.
Experience in contract closeout procedures and preparation of DOE Subcontract Consent Packages.
