BS in Chemistry, or Related Field with 15+ years of commercial experience in one of more of the following industries: Personal Care, HI&I, Coatings, Plastics, Food, or Pharma. MBA is a plus. Distribution Sales experience is highly preferred.
5+ years of experience in both customer relationship management and negotiation required.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Must demonstrate a clear understanding of the value chain both upstream and downstream (cost to serve).
Must be able to demonstrate capability to and previous success in influencing others.
Strong organizational skills required.
Strategic thinking required.
Willing and able to travel 50%+ of the time.
Must live near a major airport hub
