Senior Principal Business Consulting- Communications Industry
Responsibilities: * Works with client to conduct diagnostics and analysis on major strategic issues in operations improvement, sales effectivess, channel strategy, product development. * Leads workshops with senior industry executives to help create a roadmap for solving teir complex issues * Leads strategic transformation programs that includes post-merger integration, digital transformation, BSS/OSS transformation or telecoms operations improvement programs * Leads proposal development and pursuits for multi-million dollar programs. Manages pipelines from opportunity identification to contract * Responsible for the program delivery on all types of consulting engagements that includes strategy definition, business process design and technology enabled transformation programs for telecoms clients * Looking for candidates that are based in East Coast or West Coast.
Basic Qualifications: * Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. * At least 9 years of relevant work experience with three years of experience in comparable consulting services. * Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations. * U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Preferred Qualifications: * Deep understanding of Telecom Industry Value Chain, Retail, and Customer Experience * Experience in Telecoms Products Management life cycle in Wireless, Wireline, Cable, Sattellite sectors for Voice, Data, Video * Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary. * Ability to interact at all levels of clients organizations particularly with senior leaders at CXO level. * 15+ years of experience playing similar role in a top tier management consulting company * MBA and Masters Degree is preffered
