The Helen and John C. Hartmann Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology invites applications from outstanding individuals for a tenure-track assistant professor faculty position with a primary focus on power and energy systems. Preferred research interests: high performance power electronic devices and systems, wireless power transfer, energy storage systems, cost-efficient power and energy systems with reduced environmental impact, smart-grid and micro-grid modeling, integration, and security.

The successful candidate is expected to attract funding to develop and sustain active sponsored research programs, teach core undergraduate and/or graduate courses, and develop new courses related to their research expertise.
