Botanical Product Development and Nutrition Support Department The Nutrition Business Sustaining (NBS) Group is a critical part of the R&D team and greater Amway organization that addresses systemic process and formulation challenges in the supply chain and manufacturing of existing Nutrilite products. With the loss of key formulation resources, additional resources are needed in NBS in order to support the long term development and sustainability of formulation capabilities within the group. The candidate will plan, design, and execute experiments in the pilot laboratory and make appropriate recommendations based on analysis to address formulation challenges in existing nutrition products. Candidate will be provided guidance by a technical mentor but should be capable of working independently to drive the internship.
Candidates would be pursuing a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Material Science, Food Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
