As a part of the Superior Supply Team you will play a vital role in leading the definition, development and deployment of supply chain solutions for PlanITROI’s clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the client’s experience by working in a team environment and guiding the various internal functions with touch points to the client - including project coordination, program management, accounting and information technology. In this role, you will manage multiple projects to ensure successful, high-quality service levels during client implementation and throughout the client’s relationship with PlanITROI. Additionally, you will seek expansion opportunities and ensure the client’s continued satisfaction with PlanITROI. The ideal candidate for this position must exhibit the business acumen and flexibility required to successfully work with all levels of the client’s organization – from “C” level to entry level.
5+ years’ experience in project coordination and/or program management with clients
Demonstrable Expertise in (Google Docs, Excel, CRM and Project Management Tools)
Demonstrated Expert project coordination, management and measuring progress
Demonstrated ability to increase opportunities within already established relationships
Expert at being a "Trusted Advisor" to Clients and furthering the business relationship
Expert communication skills with external clients, both written and verbal
Demonstrated experience prioritizing workload to meet deadlines for variety of deliverables
Expert at planning & conducting business meetings with agenda's and outcomes, including all necessary follow up, issue tracking and resolution
Excellent organization, planning and follow through skills
Ability to meet strict and short SLAs for client follow up
Prior experience presenting to C-suite executives as well as front line managers in large businesses
Ability to travel 25% and be available when our Clients need you
