In this position, you will analyze and manage MHS departmental contracts and contracting processes. Duties will include working collaboratively with internal customers and vendors/suppliers to support contract negotiations and vendor sourcing efforts; drafting and reviewing contracts and contract templates; identifying and recommending contracting process improvements to standardize performance indicators, promote risk mitigation, and improve cost containment; and maintaining the contract management database and generating reports as necessary.
High diploma or equivalent.
3 years experience in supply chain contracting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel is required.
Ability to establish and maintain positive internal & external customer relations.
Critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
