As a member of the Enterprise Project Organizational Change Management team, the Stakeholder Analyst will support people and groups affected by the project to maximize adoption of new business processes and applications and to minimize disruptions caused by the changes. The project will significantly change the Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain and Student administrative functions at the university and Wexner Medical Center and the affected audience (stakeholders) includes the entire university community as well as external partners (parents/guardians, suppliers, etc.).
Organizational Change Management includes the Marketing and Communications, Learning and Development, and Stakeholder Engagement teams. Reporting to and working with the Stakeholder Engagement Lead, the Stakeholder Analyst will contribute to change efforts by building knowledge of stakeholder needs and expectations, maintaining a database of stakeholder information, assessing stakeholder engagement, developing change materials and supporting project events.
The Stakeholder Analyst will collaborate with project team members and stakeholders to drive and support engagement activities such as; a network of locally-focused change coordinators and ambassadors, user testing sessions, and project updates and live events.
The successful candidate is an excellent facilitator with experience working with diverse audiences who excels in written and verbal communication and is proficient in Access. Additionally, the candidate is analytical, organized, self-motivated, flexible and empathetic.

1-2 years of experience in organizational change management
Demonstrated change management, facilitation and analysis skills
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees, peers, leadership, customers, vendors, technical team members and others

Understanding of university business practices and/or higher education
Large business process or system implementation project experience
Prosci Change Practitioner certification
