Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.
In Trade, you will be part of the product management team that provides seamless and cost-effective solutions to customers. Whether it is through conducting market research, or by enhancing a product or system's features to meet customers' needs, you will have every opportunity to shape the business. You will also be exposed to a myriad of Trade Management products through various marketing campaigns and joint visits with our relationship managers.
Ensure successful roll out of Documentary & Open Account Trade Finance solutions regionally, focusing on 6 countries namely Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, India and Indonesia;
Collaborate with business, product representatives and stakeholders to conceptualize and produce business requirement for the Group and participate in agile development as the business owner;
Facilitate the budgeting process by assisting the cost benefit analysis through the Business Case;
Driving the functional requirements and play the role of a subject matter expert and be able to explain how the product works, and share the experience and best practice;
Coordinate with the Project Manager, Technology and Business users to plan and test for production cutover;
Support the clientsâ€™ and internal stakeholders with e-solution expertise;
Drive customer technical on-boarding, client demo, training and customized implementation process to facilitate product commercialization.
A good Degree in any discipline with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis of Trade Finance;
Superior knowledge in Documentary Trade and specialized expertise in Open Account Trade Finance;
Excellent understanding of technology life cycles and the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems;
Experienced in project management of e-Banking Channels and/or with Fintech collaboration;
Prior experience in agile delivery method;
Ability to translate the complex business requirements into simple to understand detailed requirements;
Proficiency in risk concepts, legal documentation, operations, systems, pertinent regulatory requirements and related pronouncements, including related best practices;
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, Visio, Word;
Should possess good written and verbal communication skills.
