RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Position Summary
The Procurement and Vendor Management (PVM) team is responsible for enabling the firm to actively and effectively manage its vendor population and associated risks while driving commercial value through the development and execution of supply category strategies. The candidate will be a team member / analyst within the PVM Centre of Excellence (CoE) team in Bangalore. The Analyst position will report to the PVM CoE Associate in Bangalore.
Drive and help execute the firm wide vendor risk management initiative
Be the point of contact for global stakeholders including senior leaders and external vendors for all matters related to vendor risk and incidents
Develop a strong understanding of the firm's vendor risk management system
Support divisional objectives that include process streamlining, automation, improving governance, risk reporting and defining controls
Support vendor management activities performed by regional VM teams and divisions within India
Meet defined service levels for all PVM CoE team activities
Support continual process improvements, risk analysis and data management initiatives to maintain data quality
Experience / Skills
Minimum Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 1 years relevant experience in sourcing, supply chain management, contract administration, vendor management and operational risk management
Prior experience in the source to pay / procure to pay cycle
A high degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity
A team-oriented person who is able to work with and complement other individuals in working toward and accomplishing a common set of goals
Strong interpersonal skills and sophistication to liaise with internal clients
Ability to handle conflicting priorities and multiple deadlines
Ability to easily adapt to a dynamic and changing organization
Impeccable attention to detail and quantitative aptitude
Strong excel skill set

Procurement experience in Business Services (Travel / Documents Management / Hospitality / Facilities Management) projects
