The Boston Children's Hospital Simulator Program's (SIMPeds) gives patients, families and clinicians the chance to practice. Over the last 15 years we have evolved a unique approach to preparedness that combines, engineering, and entertainment arts to advance medical simulation.
The advances made possible by this program span everything from 3D printed models of specific patient anatomy on which to practice surgery, to the application of simulation scenarios for the purpose of testing equipment and facility design, to the integration of digital technology to enhance patient care and business productivity. http://simpeds.org/
