Maryville University is accepting applications for a faculty member in Business Administration in the John E. Simon School of Business. Desired start is August 2018. Position will remain open until filled. Rank will be determined by qualifications. This position is based on the main campus in west Saint Louis County.
The desired candidate will have the ability and willingness to teach in two, or more, of the following areas: Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Policies and Strategy, Business Ethics and Project Management. Instruction will be in both online and traditional face-to-face course settings, based on departmental needs. Additionally, the desired candidate will interact with local business professionals, develop curriculum, and assist with the growth of the existing business programs. The candidate must be committed to fostering a culturally diverse atmosphere for faculty, staff and students.
Doctorate degree in Business or related field from a regionally accredited institution.
College or university level teaching experience
3+ years relevant, industry experience
Experience in online teaching and online course development
Experience with Capsim business simulation technology
