Direct and oversee the activities of Central Supply Inventory Specialist I and Inventory Specialist II to ensure proper inventory and replenishment processes are utilized and conducted according to Supply Chain protocol throughout the Health System. Daily working management of staff and duties to include those of an Inventory Specialist I and Inventory Specialist II to provide high levels of customer service to all departments in the health system. Evaluate and enforce the standards of behaviors, standard operating procedures for the department, and time and labor management. Effectively communicate with a high level of engagement while developing staff; conduct training, lead departmental meetings, provide feedback, and serve as the liaison from Central Supply to all departments within the health system. Perform other duties as assigned.
IAHCSMM Central Supply Certification.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
5 years of inventory, stocking, and warehouse related background.
