The Boeing Company has exciting opportunity for an Experienced Procurement Analyst. This position will support Supplier Management's Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) Indirect Supply Chain (ISC) and will be supporting contracting risk and performance management.
This team is responsible for developing policy that support our procurement process and activities of ISC across Boeing’s global enterprise and is critical to enabling company operations. The successful candidate will support compliance requirements within SC&O ISC. In this role, the analyst will be responsible for supporting development and maintenance of SC&O ISC and Enterprise policies and procedures requirements as well as other compliance related projects for ISC commodities such as contract documentation and government audits. You will interact with other analysts and procurement agents supporting strategic initiatives, risk mitigation, process improvements and other procurement activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for presenting findings to executive level leaders and/or business partners.
Some of the day to day responsibilities include:
Supports the strategy development and implementation of policies and procedures, subsidiary assessments, audits, and/or information management protection and controls.
Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external compliance policy and procedure projects.
Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators related to compliance matters.
Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals.
Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.
Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.
Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders.
Develops risk mitigation plans.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Bachelors degree or higher required.
The successful candidate will have a background in analytics and strategic planning, be a self starter and be able to build positive working relationships.
Strong leadership skills, a demonstrated ability influence across organizational boundaries and have a thorough understanding of supplier management processes.
Experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and/or recommendations to management.
More than 1 year experience developing compliance and process documents.
At least 5 years experience with cost , financial or risk analysis
More than 3 years experience in performing data analysis and/or reporting.
Experience assessing and evaluating risk
Experience presenting and interacting with leaders at multiple levels
More than 1 year experience in Process Development.
Experience assessing and drafting processes and procedures
Prior compliance and risk mitigation project experience is highly desirable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Expert level Excel desired.
Experience in Procurement Data Analysis.
Preferable degree with a focus in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supplier Management , Logistics or related field.
