Work Cooperatively with county and state staff to plan, teach, and evaluate Extension educational programs in the area of Precision Agriculture. Take the research based scientific information developed by the faculty and teach it to county and state staff and producers.
35% - Essential - Educate through direct and indirect methods Precision Agriculture and cooperate with state Extension specialist on technology transfer and outreach programs.
25% - Essential - Teach new and emerging technologies Precision Agriculture and instruct on selections of appropriate production measures.
20% - Essential - Educate state Extension Specialists, Agents and other Precision Agriculture stakeholders to design and implement high quality marketing education programs for producers.
10% - Essential - Build and maintain strong alliances with regional Precision Agriculture stakeholders.
10% - Essential - Collaborate with Extension Colleagues and other stakeholders to identify and exploit opportunities to link growers and market opportunities. Help them plan production upon indications of market demand and introduce them to the production opportunities that hold high potential profitability. Responsible for Civil Rights compliance in all programming/teaching activities.
Master's Degree and 3 years related experience
