KPMG's Advisory business partners with clients to help them address complex business problems to ensure sustainable business outcomes. The Contract and Compliance Advisory practice assists clients to recover lost value in commercial agreements, improve the operational performance of contracts, improve contract management activities, and review compliance with contractual obligations.
Your new role
You will work in a team with deep experience in unravelling the client and vendor obligations of large complex commercial agreements. Your responsibilities will include:
Perform contract governance, management and compliance reviews for high profile clients across various sectors, focusing on contract management, value extraction and risk management.
Work with clients to solve complex challenges associated with the management of key supplier contracts.
Contribute to the scoping, execution and delivery on a variety of contract management and compliance reviews and advisory projects.
You bring to the role
With an enthusiasm to deliver quality in everything you do, you are commercially minded, detail focused, interested in large complex contracts and working within a broad range of industries for Australia's largest companies. You will have:
Knowledge around contract management, procurement processes and complex commercial agreements.
Experience having managed outsourced supplier relationships or supply chain management with large commercial contracts.
Exposure to varied industry sectors including Retail, FMCG, Resources or Financial Services working within a Procurement or Supply Chain or Contract Management capacity.
Excellent report writing and presentation skills
Tertiary qualification(s), preferably commerce or law related (completed or in progress external qualifications - CIA/CPA/CA will be viewed favourably)
The ability to analyse information quickly and efficiently, using innovative and creative solutions to solve problems
The ability to engage with clients and develop meaningful relationships to aid in business development
