Work you'll do
You'll be part of the client team on projects where an expert level is required, effectively managing the different phases of the project and mitigating risks
You'll work together with our clients to manage expectations and ensure that engagement deadlines and quality expectations are met
You'll be responsible for account management and business development to retain current and attract new clients
You'll assess current practices and effectively apply methodologies: Deloitte's Quality Assurance methodology, risk and control database, benchmark database, etc.
You'll manage, coach, and monitor client service teams on multiple engagements in a wide variety of industries and build long-term relationships with key clients
You'll participate in strategy and brainstorm sessions on innovative service offerings, based on your knowledge of and experience with potential client demands
You have 7 to 12 years of experience with operational assurance and risk management in back office and supply chain with either a top tier consulting firm or a leading industry organisation
You have a master's degree in economics or engineering
You have a proven expertise in service delivery in a public sector or commercial environment
You have a keen interest in building relationships across organisational boundaries
You are able to advise client on solving control design issues based on industry leading practices and regulatory requirements
You are capable to apply profitability management and sales fundamentals to support projects and pursuits
No problems with guiding teams through the design and implementation of conduct risk
You are a hands-on, risk-focused, results-oriented and quality-driven person with outstanding analytical skills
You can adapt to different environments thanks to your interpersonal skills
You are fluent in Dutch, English and French
