A Senior Sales Executive forges new business, develops accounts and provides service support. This is achieved with proven consultative selling skills to identify opportunities and set sales strategies for defined area, territory or targeted accounts. A Sales Executive drives sales growth by networking, prospecting, qualifying leads and assessing customer needs. Reporting to the VP of Sales, a Sales Executive is part of our sales team, represents our company and communicates our compelling value proposition.
Execute account plans to achieve or exceed sales goals by generating new leads and developing new clients
Build a territory identifying and qualifying opportunities; pursuing conversion of qualified leads to customers and building account revenues of new and existing clients
Develop specific growth plans at accounts
Partner with sdlc team to develop strategic projects and solutions for clients
Create multi-layered sdlc relationships at accounts
Understand industry trends and identify capability gaps required for our offering
Continuously develop industry domain knowledge of services and competitors
Travel as required to conferences, events, and client meetings
Bachelor’s degree required, MS or MBA preferred
5+ years of solution consultative sales experience at executive levels (CXO level)
Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow revenue at existing clients
Strong preference large-scale business sales experience in healthcare, consulting services, and information technology
