1. Plans, develops and implements an exceptional and high quality executive dining program including menus and service standards. Ensures that programs and processes are aligned with business goals and objectives. 2. Provides leadership and mentoring for professional staff and union employees. Ensures that the highest quality and hospitality standards are successfully implemented and maintained including safety and sanitation standards. 3. Participates in development of broad initiatives that creates a best in class operation and drives increased student and client satisfaction while remaining fiscally responsible. 4. Collaborates with the Director of Supply Chain and Sustainability to utilize cost-saving opportunities and leverage vendor support as well as maximizing sustainability goals. 5. Follows through on variances with the team and implements action plans as needed. 8. Contributes to the development of the annual operating plan and budget/forecast updates. 9. Conducts instruction, food preparation/technique, and best in class culinary training in an exemplary manner and provides coaching, direction and leadership support to the culinary team members in order to achieve high quality results. 10.
