General Description: The Director of Warehouse Operations and Logistics is responsible for directing all warehouse and logistics functions and overseeing all aspects of the daily production and order fulfillment, as well as receiving functions.

Leads and manages all warehouse and logistics activities for Supply Chain.
Establishes operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials and keeping warehouse inventory current.
Leads and measures all daily processes to ensure order fulfillment is completed timely and accurate, on a daily basis.
Raise and resolve warehouse and logistics issues.
Coordinate and drive efforts to enable supply chain process improvement initiatives.
Support and oversee daily and ongoing expenses to ensure that financial capital is used as efficiently as possible.
Assist in the preparation of the annual warehouse operations budget.
Execute the Supply Chain Performance Measurement plan for the warehouse and report these results to the Vice President of Supply Chain on a monthly basis.
Prepares warehouse Key Performance Indicator report and submits to VP of Supply Chain monthly.
Determines staff qualifications and competence. Develops and maintains accurate initial and annual competency checklists and initiates completion of initial and annual competency attestation forms.
Establish performance standards for all staff and ensure that staff is held accountable for said performance standards.
Develop and maintain training manuals for all positions and ensure that adequate training is provided for all new hires.
Attends in-service presentations and completes mandatory education requirements and ensures that staff is also compliant with mandatory education requirements.
Is authorized to transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescriptions drugs, contrast media and drug-containing devices relative to core competencies of the position.
Ensure that all material handling and transportation equipment is properly maintained.
Assist in inventory management as needed.
Prepare and conduct annual performance reviews for the warehouse staff.
Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or similar is required.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years hospital management experience required. Ten (10) years of relative hospital experience may be acceptable in lieu of a degree. Experience in Healthcare distribution a plus.
Licensure/Certifications/Registrations Required: Valid Oklahoma State driver’s license.
