The System Analyst will be responsible for managing, producing, and analyzing routine and ad hoc reports for the Operations Department. Previous experience in Healthcare Supply Chain Management system (PeopleSoft and Pyxis Supply system) is preferred. The reports created will include expense, utilization management, other reports for internal or external use and ad hoc reports suitable for presentation as requested by leadership. Analysis of performance trends critical to the business will be expected by the reporting analyst. The Analyst will partner with IT and Advanced Analytics to develop online dashboards with real time updates for the management team. Analyst ensures that the operational interests of their respective functional areas are being fully represented in the day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain Management Department. Furthermore, the analyst will be supporting projects, implementation and support of systems, conduct testing when needed to ensure that the systems work as expected and support the training of end-users.
Bachelor Degree in Information system, Supply Chain, Business or other related field required.
Minimum 3 years related experience in high volume operations.

Experience in GHX Processes

Advanced Excel, MS Access & PowerPoint knowledge
Writing /Composing, Correspondence/Reports
