Supports the Leaders of Supply Chain in the development and maintenance of collaborative relationships with the Centura Supply Chain Management team to ensure effective project management, data analysis, and gap analysis are completed to achieve results-orientated project outcomes. This role will interact with a variety of department leaders and vendors to obtain information that is integral to assigned projects, partnership with non-clinical initiatives, and analyzing data sets with the system to support large projects. This role will support DSCM and Corporate on improvement initiatives, concentrating on Supply Chain operationally focused applications.
Minimum Education Requirements
High School Degree or GED required
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field or Business Administration
May have an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in lieu of specific education as stated above.
Minimum Experience Requirements
1 year or less of experience analyzing and manipulating large sets of healthcare data (i.e. identifying trends and patterns) experience or advanced education in lieu of experience (Master's in Business, Health Administration, Engineering, Project Management or a similar area of focus) Intermediate or better level of expertise in MS Excel, Access, and SQL (i.e. recent experience developing pivot tables, v-look ups, formulas, etc.)
Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to manage one's own work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Must have good organizational skills and be able to demonstrate a command of project management for a variety of support on initiatives
Effective verbal and written communication and ability to facilitate discussion and present to various levels is required.
Must be knowledgeable of and operational improvement processes as well as tools to diagnosis and determine a process improvement strategy to assist leaders in driving changes to the current processes within Supply Chain.

Responsible for gathering and assessing business information needs and preparing system and data requirements.*
Responsible to plan, organize, and lead coordination of supply chain utilization data functions across major data initiatives, including dissemination of information, development and adherence to processes.*
Participate in the research, documentation, analysis and validation of business processes, systems, and solution requirements.*
Ability to work independently and as a team member across multiple teams.*
Supporting end-to-end analysis development, project management, and delivery.*
This position is responsible for working on multiple project tasks in support of the requirements, solution design, implementation, and maintenance of analytic solutions with the Supply Chain teams*
Responsible for the support to review and understand the data, data relationships at the table and attribute level. Responsible for the interpretation of the measurement definitions and perform gap analysis and impact analysis on any changes that are being suggested. *
Responsible for partnering to develop structured techniques for documentation and analysis; decomposition of high-level information into details; abstracting low-level information; distinguishing requests vs needs; classifying/prioritizing requirements; requirements change management and traceability; building relationships and working collaboratively; effective verbal/written communication.*
Communicate to supply chain staff, managers, or other departments etc. to facilitate information, analyze, and verify information for assigned project completion. *
Proficient in collaboration with Centura contracting department to define products contract status, verify system usage data, and products competing or needing added to contract. *
Support of the development of Cost Savings/Standardization Opportunities in conjunction with the Corporate
Supply Chain Category Analysts and Leaders and comparative spreadsheets for presentation. *
Responsible for tracking and reporting opportunities to the Supply Chain dashboard to quantify the impact on financials, quality, and standardization. Ability to facilitate and or support projects and initiatives as assigned.*
