This role will require both marketing and sales enablement expertise to create and maintain a comprehensive global services sales enablement strategy, develop an internal global services community and deliver business unit level market insights. These insights will be key to shaping the current a future services business strategy and individual service direction.
This position is responsible for leading the development and implementation of marketing strategy to drive sales enablement and business unit level customer insights for the Rockwell Automation's global services business. This position will report to the Global Services Marketing Director and collaborate closely with Global Services BU portfolio teams, Global Sales Enablement Director and Global Director of Customer Insights to ensure that we have global alignment of strategy and execution of a global services sales enablement program, global services affinity teams, global services insights roadmap.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop strategies and Manage Execution of plan to insure Global sales organizations have the appropriate tools, customer use cases and messaging to drive services growth. This will be accomplished through owning a joint strategy between the Services Business unit, Global and regional sales enablement resources.
Lead and inspire ongoing engagement from Global internal community/affinity group(s) dedicated to services selling to drive open bi-directional knowledge transfer with business unit and field based resources. This will be done through managing ongoing global cadences, management of internal community tools and leadership of Rockwell's Global Business Alignment Meeting Services Track.
Plan and deliver business unit level customer insights to drive strategic business decisions and support business case development. This will be done through joint strategy with the Global Customer Insights team and Business Unit Portfolio teams to execute Voice of Customer, Analyze Industry reports and develop a customer advisory board.
