Our CFO & Enterprise Value Consulting Practice
Accenture’s CFO & Enterprise Value practice collaborates with clients to transform their financial processes and achieve full transparency of their operating spend, provide predictive analytics and advanced reporting, and put best-practice end to end processes in place.
Our Supply Chain & Operations Practice
Supply Chain & Operations practice helps clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain. We help to design and build operations solutions for aftermarket (or maintenance) businesses to improve customer service, drive incremental revenues, reduce operating costs and increase asset turnover.
As a Management Consultant you will:
Apply understanding of fundamental industry and strategic issues
Perform rigorous analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities
Develop cohesive conclusions and present key findings at the executive level
Drive transformational efforts that positively impact bottom line and/or market share
Leverage the power of Accenture's global reach and end-to-end capabilities to deliver value
Build functional and industry expertise
Participate in the development of personnel through project leadership responsibilities and mentoring
Minimum 3 years of external consulting experience or other relevant experience related to successful delivery of CFO & Enterprise Value (Strategic Cost & Reduction / ZBx, Corporate Performance & Analytics, Global Business Services, Finance Transformation) or Talent & Organization (Future Workforce, Workforce Experience & HR, and Agile Organization services) or Supply Chain & Operations (Supply Chain Transformation, Integrated Planning & Fulfillment, Sourcing & Procurement, Manufacturing & Asset Management, Sales & Commercial, Supply Chain Solutions).
