Our MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES has an outstanding opportunity for a FULL-TIME, PROGRAM CLINICAL SUPERVISOR to coordinate clinical and case management services including supervision of seven staff located at Harborview Outpatient Mental Health Services. Supervision includes hiring, orienting, assigning and reviewing work, coaching, acting on leave requests and timesheets, conducting performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes. This position performs specific leadership activities, program development, problem solving and customer services to promote delivery of quality care and service. The Supervisor regularly collaborates and consults with administrators and clinical staff in developing policies and procedures to improve clinic operations and client care.
