AppleCare is Apple’s premier Service and Support organization providing award-winning technical support and product service to our global customer base through its diverse global network of retail stores, contact centers, service providers, mobile carriers, and online support. The AppleCare organization is diverse with a variety of disciplines that all focus on delivering extraordinary customer service and support. BusinessDevelopment: Runs worldwide Operations of Apple’s extended service and support products to meet the needs of all Apple customers.
ContactCenterOperations:Optimizes the latest technologies and strategies to support the business and operational needs of this channel to provide our customers with best-in-class technical support.
FieldServiceChannelManager:Ensures high customer satisfaction and lowers operational cost by influencing Apple Authorized Service Providers and mobile carriers to craft programs that support business objectives and Apple’s customers worldwide.
GlobalRepairCenter:Manages the growing network of Apple repair centers in the ever-evolving AppleCare reverse supply chain.
Online/DigitalSupport&Service:Crafts compelling digital solutions to improve the Apple experience, answer customer questions, inspire learning & usage, and connect customers to repair & assisted support. Employs the latest technologies to bring innovative self-solve and learning solutions to customers on the web, on device, on social platforms, and beyond.
ProductManagement:Combines engineering and program management acumen to represent AppleCare to ensure new product introductions are delivered on time and to budget.
Procurement: Manages AppleCare’s OEM suppliers post-production including costs, continuity of supply, and capacity planning activities.
Reporting&Analytics:Harnesses the vast amount of data relating to AppleCare’s business to make strategic recommendations and share insights about ongoing operations.
SupplyChainManagement: Helps build and run AppleCare’s Global Reverse Supply Chains. Key activities include new buy planning, repair planning, inventory management, purchasing, warranty redemption, and project management.
As a successful Operations candidate, you will have:
World-class analytical/negotiation skills
Ability to toggle between big-picture thinking and detail-orientation
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple functional teams
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and rapidly-changing environments
Currently pursuing MBA or Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Bachelor’s Degree required with related work experience preferred.
