As a Communications, Media and Technology Consulting practitioner, you’ll work with our CMT clients to apply your experience in one of our practice areas: Talent & Organization, Customers & Channels, Finance & Performance Management, Supply Chain, Technology Advisory or Intelligent Platform Advisory.
We have exciting opportunities in both Management Consulting and Technology Consulting. As a Consultant you will:
Apply understanding of fundamental industry and strategic issues in your area of expertise
Perform rigorous analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities
Develop cohesive conclusions and present key findings at the executive level
Drive transformational efforts that positively impact bottom line and/or market share
Leverage the power of Accenture's global reach and end-to-end capabilities to deliver value
Develop your functional and industry expertise
Help define technology roadmaps and solutions
Support the analysis and design of business processes enabled by technology
Identify opportunities to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to our clients
Build and apply technical, industry, and functional knowledge to support efforts in enabling value creation for clients
It is our intention for our people to live where they work and work where they live. However, in the context of our profession and serving our clients there will be times when you will need to travel up to 80% of the time.
At least three years of full-time work experience in Technology Consulting or Management Consulting in any of the following areas:
An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner.
Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills.
Experience working through organizational change, with a demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation, including evidence of solution design.
Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues.
An ability to identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trends.
An awareness of key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry.
Self-motivating, adaptable, able to prioritize, and to inspire and motivate others.
Passion for technology trends e.g. Internet of Things, Mobility, Cloud, Analytics
