We’re seeking a SalesManager with an exceptional track record to join our growing sales organization! You will be responsible and accountable for building and leading a team of high performing Account Executives to achieve their monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ultimately achieve revenue goals. The right candidate will act as a strong player-coach, carrying a quota and inspiring and motivating the team to deliver the right results.
What will you do?
Achieve budgeted quotas in bookings, continually increase team performance, and increase bookings and revenue YoY
Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team made up of A Players
Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
Drive discipline and accountability across the team while effectively utilizing processes and systems
Diligently track all activities, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce.com
Execute training and professional development activities to maximize success and minimize time to productivity for new reps
Establish and maintain senior level relationships with prospective clients
Actively engage with sales leadership to provide timely forecasts and ensure “no surprises”

Are you a fit?
5+ years of experience selling B2B software/SaaS solutions
Previous experience leading a high-performing sales team with a history of quota over-achievement
History of hiring, onboarding, and developing A+ talent
Player/coach with proven ability to measure and drive performance as well as provide real-time coaching and create actionable development plans
Effective communicator with the ability to articulate a clear vision and value proposition to potential customers, partners, and sales team
Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate sales performance to leadership
High energy, driven, and confident with the ability to establish instant credibility and rapport with stakeholders, customers, and your team
Open, engaging, action-oriented leader who inspires and holds others accountable, listens well, and has a high EQ
Experience working in a PE-backed environment
Experience with acquisition integrations
