This position supports the dayto day activities of the Fleet Management business area, as well as, ensuringaccurate data and record keeping that will be used to supply information to andwork closely with the Business Manager and others. This position will alsoassist our Dispatch area with day to day activities. This role will be crucialto the success and efficiency of the business and dispatch areas. Responsible forreporting with the use of multiple software applications and other businessareas including fuel records, GPS data, vehicle utilization, and other topics.
-Review Data, work orders, vehicle records, rental records, resolvediscrepancies.
-Process Time entry of biweeklyand monthly time recording, monthly reconciliations.
-Accounts Receivable - ensuring accurate billing, manual invoicing,providing backup documentation
-Assist the Dispatch area with varying tasks from short-term rental to fuel cards to accidentreporting -Vehicle processing - payments, registration, andtitling ensuring the accuracy of vehicle records
-Ledger review, processing, and submission
-Website and Listserv - serve as a backupto Business Manager for website and Listserv changes
-Assist Business Manager with a newproduct or process roll-outs; Other tasks, as needed.
