The PHC Information Technology Division supports our community-focused healthcare system with 18 primary care facilities, 3 hospitals, home health care, hospice services, long term care and senior residence communities, health and a fitness center. We have attained national recognition for our pioneering approach to business intelligence and population health management. We were the first system to use Epic's Cogito data warehouse in a production environment which afforded our ACO a method for managing their population's health. We have successfully attested for Stage 1 of meaningful use for our hospitals and physicians, as well as have attained Stage6 designation on the HIMSS Analytics EMR Adoption Model (EMRAM). We continue to be a leader in providing effective technology in support of our organization's healthcare strategies.

This position identifies enterprise business value that utilizes IT as an enabler, aligns business and technology strategies, reviews and recommends business value and asset optimization solutions and advises on high impact activities.
Evaluate developing requirements or areas such as Local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), Cloud Architectures, virtual private networks (VPNs), routers, firewalls, and related security and network devices for Architecture integration
Experience implementing and operating an enterprise-scale cloud, including service catalog and service enablement automation and DR supported architecture
Experience in IT security architecture components, demonstrating solutions delivery; including network design, application delivery, remote access, cloud components (Iaas, Saas, Paas), security devices, data protection technologies, mobile device management, and others
Understanding of security and compliance domains for areas such HIPAA and PCI. Ensure appropriate visibility of critical business assets, including customer data e.g. PHI and ensure appropriate security controls to enhance patient, customer, and user experience as well as maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and data security.
Teamwork, Planning, Roadmaps and Strategy
Enabling security and compliance by design to help mitigate threats while positioning for future expansion and business enablement.
Work collaboratively with information security team member and business stakeholders includes building solid, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders.
Ensure operational reliability and support of IT services delivered to our patients, customers, and users are according to defined SLA metrics for confidentiality, integrity and availability from a design, architecture and integration perspective.
Ability to look emerging technologies for business enablement. For example, conceptualizing possible future functional and non-functional requirements into architecture platform technical strategy and detailed design to meet business objectives.
Partner with Business representatives, Engineering, Operations, IT Security, and Corporate Compliance. Provide guidance and direction to the overall technical strategy and roadmap by aligning cost-effective and reusable solutions while advancing the usage of new emerging trends and technical capabilities.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
At least 6 years of related technical experience, with 8 or more preferred.
ITIL knowledge preferred.
