We are seeking a Sr. Manager - Customer Planning supporting our Retail Towel Business based in Atlanta, GA. The Sr. Manager, Customer Planning is a knowledgeable business partner that is results oriented and an adept problem solver. In this position, you will play a fundamental role leading the customer strategy development for our Brawny® Paper Towel business, focused on the maximization of long-term value. You will proactively collaborate across brand marketing, sales and supply chain functions to align category strategies to those of our customers.
A Day In The Life Typically Includes:
Leading the overall recommendation for customer strategy and mix on the Brawny® brand, executing a plan that profitably delivers against our branded market share objectives.
Applying critical thinking and judgment to understand, connect and communicate customer needs to back to the Brawny® brand team.
Assisting with the customer planning process helping sales teams drive sales, revenue and profit through an efficient mix of portfolio assortment and promotions.
Supporting sales teams in the development and analysis of customer specific marketing programs used as overlays to drive brand equity.
Supporting brand initiatives through the development phase by providing sales point of view and the execution phase by implementing plans with customers and tracking results.
Applying excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills to provide clear and concise information to cross-functional teams.

What You Will Need:
At least 5 years of Sales or Trade Marketing or Marketing experience in the Consumer Package Goods industry
