To plan, organize, direct and control efforts relative to the design, development, implementation and support of FedEx's global identity and access management architecture and solutions.

The Director IT, Enterprise Identity and Access Management will be responsible for:
Developing and executing our go-forward strategies for securing digital identities for the enterprise
Developing security capabilities, standards and processes across:
Identities (users and "things")
User and Entity Access Management
Privileged Access Methods
Zero Trust IAM
Identity Federation Services
Authentication and Authorization Services
Developing capabilities for our development community in support of securing mobile applications
Defining and supporting the role IAM has in the architecture, risk management and project review process
Developing solutions, standards and frameworks that assists FedEx on workload movements to Cloud
This position requires a strong servant leader with experience in a representative case of:
Leading an application development team or infrastructure solutions team
Leading enterprise level initiatives across diverse set of customers and requirements
Developing and managing multi-year plans and roadmaps
Additional qualities and skills being sought for prospective candidates are:
Proven experience in forging strong business partnerships
Active listening and excellent communications skills
Executive-level presence and interactions
Proper balance of business acumen and technical knowledge

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, math or business or related field with emphasis in a quantitative discipline. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Extensive experience in systems development including design, development, implementation and maintenance of large batch or online transaction based systems. Experience in the majority of the following: mainframe, distributed systems, client server, relational systems, transaction and message systems, embedded systems, imaging and systems management and operation. Previous management experience, strong leadership, human relations and communication skills required.
