The Director, Global Accounts Manager will be based in Austin, TX. Responsible for supporting, developing, implementing and managing account strategies to provide the business with optimal quality, pricing and delivery performance. P&L responsibility for managing strategic accounts and will establish and maintain good strategic customer relationships to achieve maximum advantage for the company.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
Account Advocate – responsible for all aspects of the customer account and commercial relationship
Full regional responsibility for customer Profit & Loss to meet and exceed annual revenue growth targets
Establish and manage current customer relationships
Manage the customer road map from a strategic relationship perspective
Negotiate contract terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers
Define the Business Unit organization structure and staffs appropriately
Manage the team to effectively support customer contract terms and SLAs
Work closely with site customer focus teams (CFT)
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
6+ years of Global Account Management experience
Knowledge of design sales/product development
Operations knowledge: Manufacturing operations as well as prior P&L responsibilities
Experience working with CRM (salesforce.com) or another CRM
Here are a few of our preferred experiences:
Prior sales experience in EMS
MBA preferred but not required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communications
Ability to quickly grasp industry landscape (products, customers, competitors)
Ability to navigate complex internal and external stakeholders
