Under close supervision, Ensures application of systems thinking principles, allowing team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software. Provide the necessary documentation to support the software Development Life Cycle. Develop prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology. Apply modern principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch new business capabilities.
This position will be responsible for some or all of the following:
·Experience in Java software development principles and practice.
Understanding of SQL database systems and design.
Desire to work in the area of big data real time analytics, cloud computing, as well as other proof of concepts for solutions and technologies.
Aligned with the IT strategy, participate in evaluations of the architecture and business process interaction for the enterprise's information needs.
Help define business needs into solutions
Develop and document changes to architectural standards.
Develop solutions that satisfy performance, scalability, reliability, and security needs.
Ability to work well with a large team across multiple functional areas.
Ability to learn, document and teach new technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts.
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
