The primary role of this position is to provide support for two departments — Marketing & Supply Chain Management and Finance. The position is responsible for providing positive first contact and interaction between the College and all College stakeholders, including in-person, phone, email, online, chat, and other means of communication.
The Specialist is responsible for synthesizing semester course schedules from faculty requests, faculty availability, student demand, and Academic chair input. Additional responsibilities include: posting of faculty positions in People Admin, faculty hiring packets, faculty travel submissions and reimbursements, direct payments, Procard, PORT purchases, preparation of documents and reports, use of technology/equipment, organizing and maintaining files, posting information, mail distribution to faculty, interaction with students, staff, and faculty, and other duties as requested.
