WHAT YOU’LL DO
Procurement experts are responsible for quoting, ordering, and purchasing hardware and software for internal staff and for all customers. You will collaborate with finance and our technical support teams. You will also interact with internal and external customers while communicating in an accurate, clear, and thorough manner.
Your primary focus will be expediting quotes and purchase requests in a timely, concise and collaborative manner. You should be able to work smoothly, confidently and independently when needed to provide responses and support to all levels of customer needs.
OUR POSITION REQUIRES
Procurement experience, minimum of 1 year; preferably in a small business IT environment.
Surface-level understanding of technology
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Professional presentation with an approachable personality.
Superior customer support rooted in happiness from helping people.
Appropriate spoken and written communication skills, including correct usage of punctuation and grammar.
Ability to work autonomously, managing your own time to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
