The resident will function as a member of the corporate pharmacy leadership team responsible for oversight of hospital pharmacy services across the organization. They will complete rotations intended to build leadership skills needed to lead multi-site hospital pharmacy operations; including: Medication Use Policy, Quality & Regulatory Compliance, Clinical Program Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Informatics, and Human Resources. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to network with senior health-system executives while participating in the Kindred Executive Fellowship Program. This leadership development program is targeted at high potential individuals who can be developed, mentored, and grown to become leaders within the organization.
