Education and experience The Department is seeking candidates with a doctoral degree in health care administration/management, business administration, finance, operations/supply chain management, health information technology, or a related field. Qualified candidates must demonstrate strong commitment and ability to teach and advise students at graduate and undergraduate levels. Successful candidates will show evidence of the potential for scholarly research productivity. Management experience, postdoctoral training or other preparation for success is preferred.
Other desired skills include: the ability to work in groups and teams; strong interpersonal communication; the ability to represent the college, and the Department of Health Management and Policy to the greater Saint Louis University community, external health care leaders, alumni, potential students, and clients.
