BASF is seeking a Customer Care Account Specialist like you to effectively support and manage the order to cash process, fulfillment, and demand activities to achieve total customer satisfaction for assigned customer portfolios. As a dedicated, diligent and confident professional you will have the skills and entrepreneurial drive to help ensure order fulfilment and operational excellence.
Formula for Success
Leveraging your educational and/or professional background to ensure accuracy of SAP transfer documents and payment purchase orders.
Successfully engaging and communicating across the organization.
Proactively identifying and prioritizing opportunities,
Develop sustainable solutions and execute Supply Chain plans while effectively managing business relationships designed to champion continuous improvement and overall performance.
Monitor daily SAP signals and provide Tollers with weekly inspection forecast; along with monitoring inventory for accuracy.
Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office, and SAP or other relevant Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience is required.
Minimum of 1 year of Manufacturing Experience is required
Automotive Industry Experience is highly desirable
Detailed – Oriented
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Accounting Experience is an asset
