We are seeking a professional like you to manage the North America demand and supply planning within the Nutrition & Health division (EN); including leading a team of supply chain professionals and ensuring clear objectives, training, and development plans are in place.

Formula for Success
Utilizing your strong leadership skills and experience, you will lead a team of supply chain professionals, ensuring clear objectives and development plans (including required training) are in place.
Thinking strategically, you will manage the regional S&OP processes to ensure visibility and transparency to operational performance.
Successfully engaging across the organization, you will develop a strong network within the Global EN SC organization, with a focus on GBU Supply Chain Heads.
Your strong internal and external customer focus will be a valued asset as you strongly support EN efforts in customer satisfaction metrics, with a strong focus on delivery reliability improvements.
Demonstrating your strong knowledge of SAP systems (including APO) and your ability to identify process enhancement opportunities, you will provide oversight and guidance to the Manager of Demand Planning regarding all aspects of the Demand planning process, including ensuring the most accurate forecast is provided, appropriate KPIs are published and a continuous improvement perspective is maintained. Additionally, you will support the EN Global DP Community to promote and implement knowledge exchange, best practices, training and process improvements.
Your excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills will be vital as you will be responsible for the EN Order Fulfillment process to ensure alignment between Service Platforms and all 4 EN businesses.
Leveraging your education in Business, Logistics, Engineering or a related field combined with your experience in a multi-channel supply chain environment , you will be responsible for management for all product availability / inventory and Service levels (internal & external) for the EN portfolio.
Your robust analytical skills will be essential as you ensures EN Supply Chain Planners are pursuing appropriate disposition of returned, damaged, aged and off-spec Global inventory aligned with Global and regional Product Management.
Using your thorough knowledge of current SCM concepts, project management experience, and any global experience you may have, you will lead and represent EN on both global and regional projects/ initiatives to improve overall supply chain processes and business performance. Additionally, you will participate in and evaluate external benchmarking studies and bring best practices to the EN Supply Chain.
