Quality Systems Manager (1900098) – Cincinnati, OH
Where the Chemistry Happens
We are seeking a professional like you to initiate, plan, and develop processes and projects to define and implement quality assurance practices within manufacturing operations that are in line with organizational policies, standards, and guidelines. In this role, you will ensure overall compliance of processes, raw materials, and products in line with regulatory and industry standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, EFfCI, RSPO, RCMS, etc.). You will also participate in process improvement initiatives to realize manufacturing efficiencies and work closely with Regional Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Technical Organizations and the global Quality Management organization to advise on compliance issues and facilitate implementation of training, corrective actions and related topics.
