Supplier Performance Manager (R18-340)
The Supplier Performance Manager is responsible for developing and deploying a supplier performance management (SPM) and supplier relationship management (SRM) framework relative to Information Technology (IT) initiatives and operations. Success in this position involves facilitating collaborative stakeholder relationships; developing and maintaining subject matter expertise in the IT space; and executing and managing competitive enterprise-wide IT contracts and supplier relationships.
Specific responsibilities may include:?
Collaborating with subject matter experts from various departments to develop requirements and standardized supplier evaluation criteria;
Supporting strategic initiatives with key providers of IT goods and services; and
Participating in the development of the operating model within the IT organization to fully leverage strategic efforts.

Experience in deploying key supplier performance metrics within complex and multi-year strategic sourcing activity for contracts and engagements.
Experience with desktop computing hardware and software, enterprise software licensing, software as a service (SAAS), enterprise database management software and related hardware, telecommunications software and hardware, and/or IT infrastructure maintenance services and associated KPIs and SLAs.
Experience facilitating and managing supplier relationships relative to contract performance expectations.
Executing and project-managing strategies that accomplish performance goals, anticipate potential threats or opportunities, and are consistent with company and organization goals and policies.
Delivering clear and convincing oral presentations to individuals or groups and facilitates an open exchange of ideas.
Using persuasion and informal influence to gain cooperation from others to obtain information and accomplish goals.
Managing and prioritizing multiple responsibilities.
Effectively using interpersonal and communications skills.
Effectively using organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and follow through.
The successful candidate will typically have minimum of five years of supplier contract management experience, preferably in the Information Technology field, and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field. Master’s preferred. Valid driver’s license with evidence of safe driving habits required.
