Kelley Direct Programs is the home of online graduate business degrees at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, including the online MBA and specialized online M.S. degree programs. Current M.S. degree programs include: finance; strategic management; entrepreneurship and innovation; marketing; global supply chain management; business analytics; and information technology management. Provides representation for the Kelley School of Business Kelley Direct Programs to prospective students, current students, faculty, and visitors by telephone, e-mail, and in person. Coordinates and processes applications for admission; and acts as liaison between students and campus offices (e.g., International Services, Registrar, Bursar, and Financial Aid).
Receives, prepares, and processes applications for admission to Kelley Direct. Advises and encourages prospective students via telephone, e-mail, and face-to-face communication. Coordinates activities with, and supports, associate directors of admissions in their recruiting roles, including with admissions event planning.
Provides administrative support for Kelley Direct Programs leadership (including Executive Director, Director of Admissions, Associate Director of Student Experience, and Program Chair); and performs other duties as assigned, including tasks related to Kelley Connect Week in-residence programs, and general reception/public interface tasks.
REQUIRED: High school diploma or GED and two years of experience in an office environment.
Knowledge of admissions standards; and ability to handle confidential information. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and exchange information with a wide variety of individuals and greet visitors. Strong organizational and multitasking skills including ability to give close attention to detail and handle many and varied tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Knowledge of computer, database/word processing software, and e-mail.
