A recently acquired Private Equity backed FinTech organization is seeking the consultancy services of a CIO/CTO level candidate to lead a significant transformation programme of work.
They are seeking to bring on an industry expert with extensive practical exposure to all aspects of enterprise architecture and infrastructure alongside a previous track record leading technology departments of fast growth businesses and executing ERP Migration projects.
Over an initial 12 to 18 month term you will manage the carve out process and lead a process of defining and implementing necessary changes to the entire Technology organisation . A major component of the post-acquisition process will be the end to end implementation of new ERP platform (what is likely to be a Microsoft Product) and full migration from legacy systems.
Given the client's presence in Germany, the majority of the engagement will take place in Frankfurt and as such, will requirea fluent German speaker who is willing to travel on weekly basis in order to direct operations with a physical presence on site.
