The Dispersions & Resins business of BASF develops, produces, and markets a range of high-quality resins, additives, colorants, and polymer dispersions worldwide. These raw materials are used in formulations for coatings and paints, printing and packaging products, construction coatings, adhesives, cellulosics and composites, and paper manufacturing. As a member of the Dispersions & Resins Supply Chain Leadership Team, you will drive the Supply Chain strategy in support of the business objectives. The Supply Chain team is responsible for the Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) process inclusive of demand planning and supply / network planning for the Dispersions & Resins business. As a vital part of the end-to-end process, you will drive excellence in customer experience, continuous improvement, and cost optimization.

Leveraging your educational and professional background in Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field, you will lead the Dispersions & Colorants Supply Chain team.
As a business leader, you will develop and implement the supply chain strategy to enable profitable growth in the market segments of our Dispersions & Colorants business in North America. This strategy will include optimizing inventory, defining customer service levels, improving the distribution network, and driving enhancements to the S&OP process.
Working cross-functionally with business leadership, sales & marketing, controlling, and manufacturing, you will identify issues and opportunities to measurably improve the experience of our customers in collaboration with the Customer Support and Account Management teams.
Relying on your continuous improvement experience and mindset, you will drive projects to optimize our end-to-end supply chain processes and create sustainable operational benefits.
Your leadership will be valuable in mentoring and growing the Supply Chain team through coaching and professional development, process improvement, and training curriculum.
Using your excellent communication and presentation skills, you will ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders in North America and globally to ensure reliable supply to our customers.
