We are seeking a professional like you to provide leadership, direction, and focus for technical development, capital investment management, and operational excellence improvements for Process Catalysts in the Vidalia, LA manufacturing site. You will also be responsible for creating an engaged and safe work environment for our diverse employee base.

Your strong management skills will be a valued asset as you manage the Quality Assurance Laboratory Technicians and the Site Learning and Development Coordinator.
Utilizing your solid leadership skills, you will serve as a valued member of the Site Leadership Team.
As a trusted resource for technical/problem-solving expertise, you will work with Operations and Engineering to successfully identify ways of debottlenecking and improving asset effectiveness.
Successfully engaging inside and outside the business unit, you will collaborate with multiple functions including, but not limited to, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management, Research, Sales, and Technical Service and represent Vidalia to the Global Quality and Operational Excellence (OpEx) Communities within BASF.
Your working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement processes will be useful as you lead the site activities to identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop and execute a plan to achieve them in a cost-effective and timely manner.
