This position is responsible for management of the implementation project managers, business and data analysts. Manages the team for all required deliverables needed from both the client and internal CBRE-FS departments to ensure overall client readiness prior to launch. This role is tasked with identifying opportunities and improvements to improve the overall client enablement and implementation functions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages and supports the implementation project managers and data analysts with follow up on outstanding deliverables required for client go-live.
Escalation point for direct reports when needing cross-functional department support.
Assigned with daily and weekly reporting to ensure on-time completion of new projects.
Identifies gaps or missing of critical information during the handoff from sales and solution design over to the implementation phase.
Ensures the organizations Service Delivery and overall operational teams are fully prepared for the transition from the Client Enablement Team.
Coordinates with the Supply Chain team to ensure all assigned service providers are trained on client expectations/SLAs and prepared for each project launch.
Supports the Director of Client Implementation by creating and providing regular updates and report to be presented to Senior Management.
Manages transition team to monitor and report on post launch concerns to all critical stakeholders.
Prepares and presents system software demonstrations for Sales and Clients.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Demonstrable experience with implementations of Services and/or Software solutions Proficient skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Vision, Excel, PP, Outlook, Project) and Salesforce Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with dynamic objectives. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated high level of self-direction and decision making.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year College or university in Business or related field. 5+ years of project management or implementation experience; Facilities Management preferred. 2+ years of management experience managing a team of direct reports.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Lean Six Sigma or related Process Improvement capacity preferred not required.
