Supply Chain Services has two open sourcing analyst positions.
One position will support capital sourcing and project management; project management and capital experience is preferred.
The second position will support nursing and allied health/ancillary departments across the enterprise. Ability to build relationships, collaborate across large group/team and some clinical knowledge is preferred.
Strong analytical experience, ability to multi-task and effective problem-solving skills are necessary for both positions. The sourcing team members must flex their day regularly to meet internal customer needs, candidates should be flexible to come in early or stay late for meetings and/or project completion.
Bachelor’s degree required. Associate’s degree and two (2) years of directly related work experience may substitute for the Bachelor’s degree (in addition to the requirements listed in the Experience section). Four (4) years of directly related work experience may also substitute for the Bachelor’s degree (in addition to the requirements listed in the Experience section). Offsetting experience must be in the field of materials/supplies management.
Two (2) years of clinical, materials management or finance experience.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) with emphasize on spreadsheet and PowerPoint design.
Sound critical thinking skills as it related to data analysis and contracting processes.
Must possess highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
